A Sidra Medicine delegation, led by Chief Research Officer Francesco Marincola, visited BGI (Beijing Genomics Institute), the world’s largest genomics organization, to discuss future possible collaborations. Dr. Marincola described the trip as an “unbelievable experience” to a place “where the future lives”. Dr. Marincola and his team, including Research Chief for the Division of Biomedical Informatics Rashid Al Ali and Sidra Medicine Advisor Anqi Qian, met with BGI leadership including, President Jian Wang, CEO Jun Wang, E.V.P Xuegang Wang and E.V.P Vince Gao.
