Developing Future Healthcare Leaders

The Sidra Medicine Externship Program is designed for students pursuing education in non-clinical majors, research, and allied health fields. This program provides valuable experience to support candidates’ professional development. Our goal is to develop future leaders in Qatar’s healthcare sector and to ensure a highly skilled workforce dedicated to the country’s progress.

What Does the Externship Program Offer?

The Talent Management department at Sidra Medicine is committed to providing externs with in-service training and practical work experience. Participants are exposed to meaningful work that prepares them for careers in their respective fields. Additionally, they have the opportunity to work with and learn from assigned mentors and experienced professionals.

Who Can Apply for the Externship Program?

The Externship Program is open to:

• Qatari Nationals
• Children of Qatari mothers
• Children of Sidra Medicine employees
• Non-nationals, including researchers and scientists with collaborative or common research interests with Sidra Medicine
