About the Physician
Dr. Hani Bibawi is a consultant clinical Scientist in Hematopathology. He joined Sidra Medicine in 2017. Prior to Sidra Medicine, Dr. Bibawi worked at the Haemto-Oncology Diagnostic Services (HODs) at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge and the Department of Haematology at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK.
In his role as a consultant scientist, Dr. Bibawi is responsible for developing and reporting flow cytometry assays for routine diagnosis of leukemias, RBC disorders, and inherited platelet disorders.
In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Bibawi is very interested in medical education and collaborates as an adjunct assistant Professor of Haematology and Transfusion Medicine at Qatar University.Languages Spoken English, Arabic, Spanish
