Juliane Albrecht serves as the Executive Director of Operations and Hospitality for Women’s Services at Sidra Medicine, spearheading the enhancement of its women’s patient experience program, including private and VIP services. Joining the healthcare organization in April 2024, she brings a wealth of expertise gained from her extensive tenure in hospitality management across both the hotel and healthcare sectors.

Prior to her engagement with Sidra Medicine, Mrs. Albrecht held the position of Director of Operations at Cleveland Clinic London. Here, she orchestrated an activation of a Greenfield hospital, a distinctive endeavor within the healthcare industry. This monumental task entailed the synchronization of people, equipment, technology, and the built environment to establish a new operating model tailored for the London market, demonstrating her adeptness in operational excellence.

Prior to that, she contributed her skills and leadership at prestigious institutions such as The Harley Street Clinic, The Princess Grace Hospital, and The Dorchester London.

Mrs. Albrecht's academic credentials include the attainment of an Executive MBA from the Imperial Business School, University of London, United Kingdom, further enriching her capacity to drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare operations and patient services.
