We offer the following services:

1. General orientation to Patient and Family Education Center facilities
2. A library of health information resources
3. One-to-one and group education sessions for patients and families
4. Photocopying or scanning (of Patient and Family Education Center material)
5. Health education activities and games for children
6. Orientation to programs and services provided by the Health Promotion Division

Services are provided by health promoters who speak both English and Arabic.
