National Sport Day – Operational Hours

Sidra Medicine will be marking National Sport Day, a public holiday in Qatar on Tuesday, 11th February 2025. Please note our operational hours and the timings of our outpatient and inpatient services:

Closed:

• Outpatient clinics, research and corporate and hospital administrative services will be closed for the day.
• The Fracture clinic will be closed.
• Patient Supply Store will be closed.
• Newborn registrations will be closed.

Open:

• Emergency Services will be open as per usual.
• Urgent issues related to high-risk pregnancies will be routed through the Women’s Obstetrics and Urgent Care.
• Reproductive Medicine services will operate based on patients’ needs and will be coordinated by the patient’s clinical team as needed.
• Inpatient services and visits will remain open.
• Pharmacy services supporting inpatient services will be operational including the Outpatient Pharmacy.
• The Outpatient Infusion Center (OPIC) will be open from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Hematology / Oncology (HOOC) will see patients from 7.30 am – 5.00 pm.
• The Dialysis unit will be open from 7.00 am – 5.00 pm.
