Five Steps to Selecting and Installing Your Child's Car Seat
1. Selection
Choose a car seat based on your child’s:
- Age
- Weight
- Height
2. Direction
Choose the correct car seat direction according to your child's age:
Rear facing position:
- usually untill the age of 3
Forward facing position:
- for children between 4 to 7 years
3. Location
The back seat is the safest place to install your child car seat
4. Installation
When installing a car seat, ensure that it fits your child and your car, and is used correctly every time, every ride.
5. Harnessing
Place the chest clip at chest level.
Pinch the belt, make sure it is snug and tight!
