Dr. Srinath B Krishnappa joined Sidra Medicine as a Neonatal Hospitalist in 2020. He manages all types of neonatal illnesses, including extremely premature babies and infants with surgical and cardiac needs, among others.  He has a special interest in neonatal hemodynamics and has recently joined the Newborn hemodynamic group in the NICU after completing the QNiCHE functional echo training program.

Previously, Dr. Srinath did Neonatology training at SickKids Hospital, Toronto, Canada, between 2013-2017. He then spent 2 years as a senior clinical fellow at Monash Newborn, Monash Medical Centre, Melbourne, Australia, before moving to Doha, Qatar.
