Dr. Nour Abdelghani joined the Women’s Mental Health team at Sidra Medicine as a clinical psychologist in January 2025. Previously, she was the director of the Maternal-Infant Mental Health Program at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA, and a psychologist in the Maternal Mental Health Program at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
Passionate about supporting new and expectant mothers, she specializes in perinatal mental health and early parent-child relationships. She is a certified perinatal mental health counselor with training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Toddlers, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and Circle of Security Parenting. She also holds Level 1 certification in DIR Floortime therapy.
Dr. Abdelghani is dedicated to helping families navigate the emotional challenges of early parenthood, providing compassionate care that strengthens parent-child bonds and fosters resilience.
