Donna Gala is a Psychologist currently at Sidra Medicine. She hails from California where she earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. Her experience ranges of working with various populations in a variety of settings, which include academic settings, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation center, and inpatient and outpatient services. Prior to Sidra, Donna has served at various institutions in Education city including WCM-Q, UCL-Q and GU-Q.

Her work mainly has addressed a wide variety of elements that interrupt cognition and learning such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-confidence, transitions and adjustment difficulties, disabilities, poor management of time and effort, etc. Her prime focus has been on optimizing the individual’s effort to build sustainable skills and self-awareness, leading to mindful choices and lifelong habits that enable the individual to excel and function effectively.
