    Doctor Duraiswami Muthuswamy joined Sidra Medicine as an Adult Anesthesiologist to contribute his experience to women’s health care in 2018. Currently covering Elective Adolescent/Paediatric anesthesia above the age group of 6 years also.

    During his Consultant Anesthesiologist career, he worked in Prince Charles Hospital (PCH) as a Lead Obstetric Anesthesiologist. His special interest was in the management of the Obstetric Difficult Airway patients and simulation training for trainee doctors at the Postgraduate center. As a Lead Obstetric Anesthesiologist, he regularly updated his knowledge at the Obstetric Anesthesiologist Association (OAA) Annual meetings at London. He was a Local Coordinator for National Audit Projects (NAP) of Royal College of Anesthesiologist and UK Obstetrics Surveillance System (UKOSS).
