Qatari I.D. or passport
Insurance membership card
Payment debit or credit card as we are a cashless facility

Appointments

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first appointment to complete registration
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes may require you to:
  • Wait until the end of clinic to see your physician, if they are available
  • Reschedule to see your physician on a different day
  • Consult another physician, if they are available

Children’s Clinics

• Children (below 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• If you wish to reschedule, please call 4003 3333

Women’s Clinics

• Marriage certificates are required for Obstetric and IVF appointments only
• If you wish to reschedule, please call the Women’s Care Co-ordination Team on 4003 3333
