Graduate Associate Development Program

This program is offered to Qatari fresh graduates to support developing skills and competencies required for target role and allows Associates to reach their fullest potential.

The program period from 1-2 years, follows the 70:20:10 learning module where each Associate is placed in a work stream and assigned a Performance Coach to guide and support them throughout their on-the-job learning journey.
